Some Things To Know And Do Before You Arrive

We file insurance claims for all companies although we are only preferred providers for some insurance companies.  Contact our office to inquire which companies we contract with to maximize your benefits. We participate with Care Credit, and accept multiple payment methods such as cash, check or credit card. Check with our staff for additional pre-payment options.

In order to customize your treatment plan and meet your optimum oral health goals we provide all new patients with a comprehensive exam. A comprehensive exam allows our office to get to know you as a person and record all aspects of your dental health. During this appointment we will taking a series of facial and teeth photos this assist our office in educating you on your oral health as well as helps us note changes over time. We will take any necessary dental radiographs, record conditions and existing dental work and evaluate the health of your gum tissue. The doctor will review your health and dental information to customize your hygiene appointments and any appointments required to restore your dental health or to maintain it for a lifetime.

To better utilize your appointment time it is beneficial to have your necessary patient forms completed prior to arriving to the office.
